SALARY:

London: £104,686 - £123,160

Outside London: £90,440 - £106,400

LOCATIONS:  London or Bristol

HOURS:  Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in either London or Bristol sites

Our Commercial Banking division supports UK businesses and those connected to the UK, helping them grow, manage risk, and improve efficiency. Within Commercial Banking, the Client Servicing & Engagement Platform will deliver the next generation digital bank for clients, which is mobile-first and data-led. By simplifying and automating journeys, clients will receive a better experience, and colleagues will be enabled to spend more time helping clients to grow their business.

We are seeking a skilled subject matter expert to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on the technical design, development, and implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solution. Here’s where you’ll make a difference –

  • Design and Development: Provide expert guidance on the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 components to meet business requirements.
  • External Integration: Advise on the integration of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate, and external data sources to improve Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance and security across all Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Performance Management: Ensure the non-functional performance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including accessibility, performance, scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Technical Guidance: Support the Dynamics 365 team with technical guidance and mentorship, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment, particularly in the areas of Copilot and AI-based automation roadmap.
  • Business Collaboration: Work closely with business colleagues, IT & feature teams, and external partners to define and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrable expertise in solution architecture and design for Dynamics 365, with a focus on Dynamics 365 for Sales. Expertise in enterprise distribution of the Microsoft Dynamics Apps such as D365 App for Outlook and Sales Copilot.
  • Proficiency in the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps, or equivalent experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Integrating Microsoft D365 CRM with external data sources, both on-premise and other clouds (AWS and GCP).
  • Workflows, Business Rules, Actions, Security Rules.
  • Customisation, Views, Forms in CRM.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) or industry-leading seminars or conferences are highly desirable.
