JOB TITLE: App Advocacy Engagement Manger

LOCATION(S): London, Belfast, Leeds, Bristol, Manchester, Chester

HOURS: Full-time

SALARY: £57,546 - £75,780

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub.

In this role, you’ll grow and learn in an environment that truly recognises the importance of delivering positive outcomes for customers and re-imagining the future of Consumer Engagement, developing the vision and enabling a bold transformation.

You’ll be part of a team dedicated to leading on our always-on app advocacy strategy, crafting powerful stories, designing fun and impactful events, and delivering creative initiatives that boost app adoption and loyalty.

The team is also responsible for driving engagement within Digital Engagement (DE) and owning the DE comms strategy.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) and Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) to create impactful stories promoting the mobile app

  • Implementing strategies to drive app engagement with colleagues and customers

  • Collaborating across the channels to support our customer-facing teams to build their digital capabilities

  • Bringing innovative ideas to life to engage with both our colleagues and customers about the app

  • Support the embedding of the DE People Plan through our communications and engagement strategy

From running dynamic hackathons to uncover innovative ideas to driving a purpose led communication plan, you’ll make the app an integral part of our culture, sparking innovation, excitement, and pride at every turn.

  • Engagement – Design and implement innovative engagement plans with key partners, including dynamic initiatives and signature events, that captivate audiences and create lasting enthusiasm for the app. Your creativity will make the app a source of pride for colleagues and a trusted tool for customers.

  • Collaborative Influencer – Build strong relationships across teams and channels, including the app remains front and centre in every aspect of our organisation BMX and GCA colleagues, to align efforts and share brilliant stories that amplify the app’s impact. You’ll act as a unifying force and fostering collaboration.
