JOB TITLE: Digital Strategy and Innovation Manger

LOCATION(S): London, Belfast, Leeds, Halifax, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Chester

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub.

About this opportunity:

This is an opportunity to lead initiatives that will expand the app experience beyond retail products and financial services, leveraging internal capabilities as well as exciting Fintech partnership opportunities.

In this role, you’ll grow and learn in an environment that truly recognises the importance of delivering positive outcomes for customers and re-imaging the future of mobile banking, developing the vision and enabling a bold transformation.

You’ll be part of a team dedicated to solving customer problems through innovative solutions, emerging technologies and new partnerships.

This team is also responsible for deciding the treatment and strategic outcomes for our groundbreaking ‘Connected Families’ strategy.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer needs through data, research and insights

  • Working collaboratively across the business to solve complex customer problems

  • Defining the end state vision to transform our app experience

  • Influencing diverse stakeholders through compelling storytelling

  • Delivering through other to bring our vision to life

From finding new ways to meet old needs to uncovering new needs that haven’t yet been met, you’ll have an integral role to play in expanding our app experience!

What you’ll need:

  • Advanced level proficiency in creating presentations and building decks using PowerPoint or similar tools
