JOB TITLE: Future Strategy and Innovation Manager - Digital Engagement

LOCATION(S): Manchester or Leeds

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub.

This is an opportunity to shape the bank's long-term digital strategy, moving beyond the current app strategy to consider the future of AI, emerging customer interfaces, and the evolving needs of customers and society.

In this role, you’ll grow and learn in an environment that truly recognises the importance of delivering positive outcomes for customers and re-imagining the future of mobile banking. You will develop the vision and enable a bold transformation.

What You'll Need:

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve aligned objectives.

  • Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders when making decisions.

  • Storytelling: Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders through compelling storytelling and effective communication.

  • Customer Understanding: Track record of designing and delivering digital customer journeys that enhance customer experience and engagement.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Proficiency in using data, research, and insights to understand customer needs and drive strategic decisions.

Desirable:

  • Emerging Technologies: Experience working with emerging technologies and AI in the scope of digital journeys/customer experiences.
