The shared ownership scheme Pathways by Lloyds Living, is designed to make buying a home a smooth process. Pathways allows customers to rent their home for as long as they wish, allowing customers to “try before they buy”. If the customer decides they’d like to buy their home, they can do so through shared ownership.
