  • JOB TITLE: Pricing & Data Administrator (Quote Management)

  • SALARY: £ 29431

  • LOCATION(S): Watford

  • HOURS: Full-time

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of our time at our Watford office.

You will be supporting the Pricing & Data team who are responsible for; Residual Value risk management, vehicle data import and integrity, managing re-quotes, managing manufacturer and dealer discounts

What you’ll need

  • Support the Operations and Commercial team with effectively, timely communication around salary sacrifice pricing discussions to ensure they remain relevant and within the costing framework  

  • Managing and completing the flow of re-quotes using our CRM system (Salesforce) to action contract amendment requests e.g. contract length, mileage, options changes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support re-quote completion to managed deadlines effectively

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to create detailed proposals, which show good commercial awareness

  • Must have the ability to prioritize and work within deadlines and take ownership of issues and being resourceful in finding solutions

  • Must have excellent accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong Microsoft excel skills

And any experience of these would be really useful

  • Interest in the automotive industry with experience of Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice vehicle leasing

  • Experience of working in an analytical or commercial role

  • Experience of Back Office and Salesforce is an advantage
