About This Opportunity

We serve the financial needs of large clients (generally more than £100m turnover) who have a strong link to the UK from our bases in the UK and the USA that support our ability to Help Britain Prosper. Our purpose-led, disciplined growth strategy builds on our expertise in transaction banking, debt financing and risk management.

We're making additional investment in Infrastructure, Housing, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Sponsors and Banks, improving our clients’ digital servicing experience and broadening our client product offering. We’ll look to grow our presence in capital markets, whilst taking our fair share of Trade business through increased digitisation and improved client experience. At the same time, we’ll continue to create new, innovative client offerings to grow our business in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) advisory and supporting regional development.

The Financial Resource Management (FRM) team is part of Balance Sheet Management, which sits within CIB’s Client Solutions Group. Our aim is to optimise the consumption of financial resources across the Corporate and Institutional Bank (CIB) , by combining strong analytics, integrated reporting and effective tooling under one financial resource management framework.

This is an exciting opportunity to help support CIB’s ambitious growth plans, ensuring the efficiency of financial resource allocation across the whole CIB portfolio. This could include modelling of resource usage, performance analysis, optimisation of capital resources, support for ALCO and Executive committees and a wide range of ad-hoc, strategic projects.
