JOB TITLE: Data & Analytics Strategy Manager, Channel Insight (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

SALARY: £62,000+ (dependent on experience)

LOCATIONS: Bristol

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

Our role as a Channel team is to provide the insight to improve our channel journeys, giving our customers a better choice of channel to best meet their need.

Within Channel Insight we play a pivotal role in providing action orientated insight, which is essential in driving the strategy of channel migration to digital and marketing led channels.

We have a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity as a Data & Analytics Strategy Manager.

You’ll be extracting, segmenting, and analysing data. Building out the insight recommendations through numeric reasoning that helps deliver the digital strategy. Using several different tools predominantly Adobe Analytics and SQL to access web data within our data warehouse.

Your ability to collaborate with others, generate insight, convert into recommendations and present to a senior audience, will really set you up to succeed!

As a Data & Analytics Strategy Manager in the Channel Insight team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Support delivery of key Group strategic objective to grow BCB digital channels

  • Web based analytics – using Adobe Analytics to understand customer behaviour within our digital journeys and identifying optimisation opportunities

  • Utilising data visualisation skills to develop self-serve reporting for colleagues focused on journey development

  • Working with platform teams to ensure tagging is at the required level

  • Review performance of new initiatives and capability against a range of criteria to determine success and next steps

  • This is not an ETL role, the focus will be on numeric analytics to help drive business decisions
