  • JOB TITLE: Account Servicing Advisor
  • SALARY: £26,344
  • LOCATION: Villiers House, Douglas, Isle of Man
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this opportunity

Our International Private Banking (IPB) Servicing Team are looking for an Account Services Advisor who has the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, has attention to detail and strong communication skill to support our customers needs throughout their relationship with the bank.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Being part of a fast paced team, dealing with fixed-term deposits (FTD).
  • Support our customers with their every day banking needs by actioning multiple administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage own workloads and adhere to various deadlines.
