LOCATION(S): Bristol, Edinburgh or London

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What You’ll be doing:

You will proactively support with the management and monitoring of audit activities to deliver the assurance plan and functional 2025 strategic must wins, especially in AI development and data testing automation and innovation.


Day to Day you'll be;

  • Helping to form opinions through audits, monitoring, and insights. You will develop and nurture strong working relationships with various collaborators within GA&CI and the Group. e.g. work closely with our COO function to drive efficiency across the pool model and capability growth and assist with quarterly planning.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of team meetings, including agreement of agendas, shaping of relevant content, and constructing briefings.
  • Conducting detailed research on a variety of topics, applying internal and external connections to include external perspectives in recommendations for solutions and standard methodologies for the team.
  • Shaping and delivering our communications, culture, and engagement priorities, including working with capability leaders to drive further community growth and skill development.
  • You'll also be required to complete specific audit delivery and support the wider pool to delivery on the Audit plan. This is expected to be about 30/40% of the role.

What you’ll need

Technical Knowledge – experienced auditor able to undertake audit testing with a basic data and AI understanding to support and provide insights with the team.

Data & Analytics – Proficiency in comprehending and integrating data and information from various sources to facilitate effective problem-solving.  Ability to apply strong analytical skills to evaluate the efficiency of control environment and uncover potential impacts on the business.

People Management : While you will not have direct Line Management responsibilities you will be part of the wider leadership team and required to influence others to deliver.
