HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, minimum 40% in the office

About this opportunity

Are you passionate about coordinating complex and high-risk initiatives? Join our dynamic team to make a significant impact. As a Lead Integrator you'll play a pivotal role in both business and technology change at Platform or Lab level.

Specifically we're looking for someone who can:

  • Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Work with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to identify, group, sequence, and orchestrate dependencies as part of integrated roadmaps.

  • Lead complex change, establishing integration points.

  • Manage key collaborators, mitigating and resolving blockers to delivery.

  • Coordinate implementation events.

What you’ll need

We value individuals from diverse backgrounds who can introduce fresh and innovative perspectives to our team. As a minimum to be considered, you will have experience of the following:

  • Establishing pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicating these integration points to relevant collaborators.

  • Working with stakeholders outside of the Platform to ensure interlock and enable the platform to deliver at pace.

  • Collaborating with Platform/Lab Leadership to plan and prioritise integration-related tasks (including technical integration tasks).

  • Coordinating the integration process and/or implementation events across shared infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Proactively finding opportunities to optimize the flow of work, mitigating and resolving blockers to delivery.

  • Providing expertise and support for governance activities owned by the Product Owner or Engineering Leads at Platform/Lab level.

  • Managing suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance.

  • Significant experience with Agile methodology and tools.

  • Solid grasp and background in coordinating critical connections and managing collaborator disagreements.

  • Experience in planning, tracking, reporting, and governance, with a focus on improving delivery speed and quality.

  • Influencing positively - demonstrating the right values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members.

Experience of the following will also be useful to this role

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product and Engineering colleagues to drive outcomes for customers.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of the Software Delivery Life Cycle.

  • Versed in technical architecture principles and experience of system architecture and integration.

  • Knowledge of governance activities and supporting large-scale change initiatives within a financial services organisation.

  • Proficient in risk management, including identifying, assessing and mitigating risks.

  • Skilled in budget management, ensuring delivery within financial constraints and optimising resource allocation.
