HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Willingness to travel to various treasury hubs as needed.

We’re currently undertaking the UK's largest financial services transformation, to make sure we remain relevant for our customers today and tomorrow. In order to deliver on our bold strategic ambitions, we are looking for a Senior Manager to lead on change initiatives across business teams in Group Corporate Treasury.
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving a culture of change, while delivering on strategic objectives around data management, risk and control, process improvement and assurance. Our ability to advocate, effectively collaborate and communicate new ways of working is critical to our success.
The role is part of the Capital optimisation and Securitisation team, but also supports innovation across the entire Treasury division, leading a team of specialists to create and manage change.
You'll be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the Treasury department. The aim is to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
